"Mark Zion And his team of professionals are the Best on the island when it comes to insurance. I have been with many other insurance companies and this team/company has always taken care of me and there’s a reason why I’ve been with them for years.

Any company can have a good first impression and take care of claims with ease. What separates them from other companies is being able to handle things when “shit hits the fan”. That’s where these guys come in.

I added my 2023 BMW M3 to my two existing vehicles and that process went smooth. There was an error a month down the line and Brittany Andrade was able to help it move forward and keep me documented and legal on the road.

The error occurred a second time and I just so happen to have a day off so I walked into the office Erin Tongg Took me in within seconds and was able to help me immediately. She made it clear that it was going to be a little bit of a process, which I did not mind waiting for. She was very friendly and very nice conversation made me feel very welcome into the office. What also stuck out was in the process of fixing this error Mark Zion randomly walked into office and was concerned on how the outcome of this error was going to be. He made it a point that he wanted to wait here until the issue was resolved, which really stuck out to me. He cares about the outcomes. He cares about the business and that is someone you Want as your boss and as a company leader. Erin Was actually able to finalize the solution For me under an hour, which was very amazing.

Also looking into buying a house very soon and she also brought up life insurance options for me as well, even though I knew nothing about them. I walked out of that room, A little bit more educated about life insurance than when I walked in and this experience today is another example of why they will always continue to have my business for any type of Insurance that I may need.
